- Well, I don't have much information about your configuration to go on, but I
- had a similar problem. When I installed the base (GA) version, I installed
- as a secondary monitor an monochrome display adapter (MDA). When I attemted
- to install the ServicePak, it displayed the same message that you speak of
- above. The solution was to reinstall the GA without the secondary display,
- install any other non-video drivers, and then install the ServicePak.
