  20. Well, I don't have much information about your configuration to go on, but I
  21. had a similar problem.  When I installed the base (GA) version, I installed
  22. as a secondary monitor an monochrome display adapter (MDA).  When I attemted
  23. to install the ServicePak, it displayed the same message that you speak of
  24. above.  The solution was to reinstall the GA without the secondary display,
  25. install any other non-video drivers, and then install the ServicePak.
