- Still the same bug, even in the service pack. When some mailer
- (Binkley, UUPC) has logfiles on HPFS opened when the system crashes,
- the HPFS CHKDSK informs me about
- ... minor file system error
- ... corrected an allocation error ...
- for each of those files. But no matter how often the CHKDSK runs, these
- error still show up. The next access to one of those files will crash
- the system with "extent not found". I tried every /F option of CHKDSK,
- no effect. The only way to repair this bug is to run OS/2 1.3 (!) and
- run its CHKDSK.
