- Yes, it is. But this is not a question of colors but of driver
- optimization. Flooding the background with one homogeneous color is
- *really* fast, but the slow scrolling speed of text windows makes them
- unuseable. The orchid drivers flooded the background more slowly, but
- they scrolled faster. That would have made them useable, if they
- weren't rather instable...

- Depends on your hardware. Usually you switch to the right refresh
- rates in a DOS FS session and run SVGA on afterwards. This makes the
- video timing available for OS/2 after the next reboot.
