  12. Hi,
  13. I am experiencing this problem with my newely installed OS/2. Clicking on
  14. "Help" buttons do not produce any help but a window saying this app is not
  15. responding to the operating system. Sometimes, all disappears and I get
  16. SYS3171 error. When I chose ok, OS brings me back to PM but the whole 
  17. desktop is rearranged in some way. Any help....?
