  12. Well, I installed the beta version from the CD-ROM and found, that with
  13. the new deskjet printer driver (actually Deskjet 500, Epson) I have no
  14. more problems any more with my Deskjet+. I had problems with printings
  15. from PM-chart, Bitfax and PM-Draw (from an IBM empl.). With this new
  16. driver all my problems have been gone. By the way: it has nothing to do
  17. with the Beta, because installing the LaserJet Classic driver and all my
  18. problems are here again ...

  25. If you want to use a Deskjet, DeskJet+, DeskJet
  26. 500, or DeskJet 500C printer, install the Epson
  27. driver and then select HP DeskJet 500.

  29. Note:  The HP DeskJet 500C will not produce color
  30.        output using the HP DeskJet 500 device
  31.        support in the Epson printer driver.
