  20. If you have the CD, there is a (great, IMHO, but I'm biased) screen capture
  21. problem called SCRAP in the \SLPT directory.  It's only prerequisite is
  22. that you install the Image Toolkit, also in the \SLPT directory (actually,
  23. they are in their own subdirs under \SLPT).

  25. To install the Image Toolkit, copy the DLLs to a directory in your LIBPATH
  26. and run ITKINSTA to install ITKFMT16.DLL .

  28. As you can figure, the toolkit is still 16-bit code.  I didn't get a chance
  29. to port it before I left IBM.  There is a rich API set, but I don't believe
  30. IBM released the header file, import library, and online programming ref.
