  19. I asked this question of several Microsoft people at the Device Driver
  20. Conference and no one knew, but I eventually figured it out.

  22. Run REGEDIT and go to HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Colors and change
  23. the color values by hand.  You can also edit ~\Desktop to change screen
  24. saver parameters.

  26. There should be a cleaner GUI way to do this, but this makes it possible.
