- I asked this question of several Microsoft people at the Device Driver
- Conference and no one knew, but I eventually figured it out.

- Run REGEDIT and go to HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Colors and change
- the color values by hand. You can also edit ~\Desktop to change screen
- saver parameters.
