  12. When I print to a file from Word 2.0 for Windows, it produces a file
  13. with a first and last character of ^D (4).  I then have to go in and
  14. manually remove these characters before sending the files to my printer.
  15. Happens for both generic Postscript printer and Apple Laserwriter IINT
  16. (what I'm actually printing to).  Does anyone know why this happens and
  17. how I can fix it?
