  15.      Over the weekend I installed Xfree v1.1, followed the distribution README
  16.  files. Made changes to Xconfig file in /usr/X386/lib/X11, mainly to do
  17.  with my serial mouse and the Monitor timings -

  21.    mouse"/dev/ttys0"    # my serial mouse is on com1
  22.    Baudrate1200
  23.    Samplerate150
  24.    Emulate3Buttons

  26.    Modes   "1024x768" "640x480"   #I have Trident 8900C chipset (TVGA)

  29.  I also copied /usr/X386/lib/X11/xinit/.xinitrc to /root

  31.  and then invoked

  35.  Here, I got the following messages
