  10. I have to add to the previous note, that I have altered /usr/src/linux/net/tcp/
  11. Space.c already, to the values that my card uses.
  12. It uses IO/Port 280, and interrupt 3 instead of 5, is that the problem ????
  13. The disk has a Dos-partition, and the card is working well with IO-280 / int3,
  14. and I don't want to open the computer and change jumpers when switching the
  15. operating system.

  17. But I don't think that's the problem ... once I have compiled the kernel with
  18. interrupt 5 for the wd-card, and when booting, I got a infinite loop. Now it is
  19. compiled with interrupt 3, and the wd: infinte loop disappeared. So i think
  20. int 3 is right. It now also prints out something like:

  26. so the wd-card is doing right...

  28. Our net at university is a class-B net (140.78.x.x), netmask is 255.255.255.0
  29. Has anyone connected to the net using wd ? could you please tell me whhat value
  30. you have used for the -n value in config (either a.b.0.0 or a.b.c.0 where a.b.c
  31. = Your net-ip)
