  12. I am looking for a utility to read VAX "Files-11 On-Disk Structure Level 2"
  13. formatted floppies from UNIX (or DOS) PCs.  The VAX are NOT running VMS 
  14. (running VAXELN, an embedded realtime kernel) so I don't have the ability to 
  15. create cpio or other format floppies.
