  10. I'm new to multimedia, as is a friend of mine.  We both would like to know
  11. if there are solutions to take a VHS tape (NTSC) and read images into VGA.
  12. They would be merged with text and printed.

  16. What is recommended?  Are there products?  What's the quality of the printed
  17. pictures after going through the process?
