  11. I used to think that a!b@c meant "give the message to a with address
  12. b@c" (Perhaps that's what smail 2.5 did?).  Lately I've been seeing
  13. lots of address binding @ the other way:  "deliver to c with address a!b".

  17.     a!b@c    ->    @c:a!b
  18.     a!b@c   ->    @a:b@c

  20. And what of:

  22.     b%a@c
  23.  
  24. Is there a standard which addresses this?  Are most sites giving
  25. @ higher precedence, or !?
