  23. It is a Telecom Gold mailbox, which you can now reach from the Internet.

  28. The first 5 digits are the full domain and system number, which is then
  29. followed by a period and the user id. A virtual mailbox at Telecom Gold
  30. gets created when you send your message, which allows the user to reply.
