- Well, yes and no..... Elm uses the password file for the value home.
- But if you have a path in the elmrc file that is absolute, then the value
- for home is never used. 2.4 does allow the name in the elmrc file to
- be ~/Mail and even remembers to keep the ~ when rewriting it. (2.3 lost
- the ~ on the rewrite)
