  18. Yes, that's true, and its because its not yet programmed.
  19. Forwarding should include the message as a message part, but
  20. this needs some provisions, which are not yet made. At least
  21. there must be a unique boundary created, which is not
  22. yet the case. elm now uses a fixed boundary.
