  20. I have one, for not at the hardware side. I do not recommend the futurenet 
  21. version because I've problems with connectivity and expansibility .
  22.     I recommend that you choose others. Now the recommended one is the
  23. Viewlogic which is a very good package apparently. I prefer Orcad because I'm
  24. used to it but the Vst simulator interface was not ready at that time.
  25.     Support here in Singapore is not so good. They are more interested in
  26. Selling their tools than their chips. If we try to integrate into our 
  27. existingh cad tools, they don't look keen, and even got it wrong e.g. thinking
  28. that the Vst simulator interface is built into the orcad interface.
  29.     Be careful with the XC4000 which needs 12Mbyte RAM minimum.
  30.     THE autorouter looks efficient, for my small design which only took
  31. 5 % of the 9 thousand gate XC3000(XC3020?). You have manual routing option
  32. as well. THERE IS a logic optimisation package.
  33.     The old versions even have pld converter which is now extra.

  35. The latest LIBRARIES COME WITH ttl compatible parts.

  37. I recommend Xilink very highly but be careful with the tools.
