  23. After two successful joint workshops -- Leningrad '91 and Moscow '92 -- the
  24. third  Russian  Workshop  will  be held from July 18 to 21, 1993 in Moscow,
  25. Russia. The two main goals of this workshop are (1) foster an in-depth  and
  26. open  technical  exchange in the areas of High-Level Specification, Simula-
  27. tion and Verification of Digital and Mixed Analog/Digital Systems and  Cir-
  28. cuits  and  (2)  expand  international  collaboration with Russia. Areas of
  29. interest for Russian Workshop '93 include:

  31. *  High-level Specification
  32.  
  33.           Languages  for  system  specification,  specification  of   mixed
  34.           analog/digital  systems, specification of mixed hardware/software
  35.           systems, specification for simulation, specification for  perfor-
  36.           mance  modelling,  synthesis  and  verification,  difficulties in
  37.           existing approaches, and graphical specifications,  diagrams  and
  38.           charts;
  39.  
  40. *  Simulation and Verification
  41.  
  42.           System simulation,  simulation  and  verification,  mixed  signal
  43.           (analog/digital)  and  mixed  systems (hardware/software) simula-
  44.           tion, simulation accelerator, simulation engines;

  47.  
  48.           Especially in the area of specification and simulation.

  50. Paper Submission
  51.  
  52. Workshop participants wishing to present their work should submit ten  (10)
  53. stapled  copies  of  the  full  paper,  including  title  page  and 60 word
  54. abstract. The complete text of the paper in  English  is  limited  to  5000
  55. words. For convenience, the copies may be submitted to any of the four col-
  56. lection points listed below. The papers accepted for  presentation  at  the
  57. Workshop will be published in the Proceedings of the Russian Workshop.

  103. fore) invitation letters are required.

  105. Call for Exhibits

  107. For the first time in Russia, a specialized exhibition of design technology
  108. hardware and software will be held in parallel with the Workshop. The exhi-
  109. bition is expected to attract the world's foremost  companies  specializing
  110. in  CAD for electronic systems and ASIC design. Exhibition space is offered
