  13.     HAs anyone got, or does anyone know of a source for a DESCRIPTION of a
  14. JPEG file?

  16.   The reason I ask is that I've pulled the source code and cannot make head
  17. nor tail of the decompression routines (My C coding is like NADA!!). So, if
  18. anyone knows of a technical-ish sort of document that describes the format
  19. and compression methods used, I would be most grateful for a pointer in it's
  20. direction.
