  12. In addition to my previous posting i want to emphasize:
  13. coding of high quality digital audio is only one application,
  14. there are more important applications (as f.i. picture coding).
  15. Sorry if my posting before caused an wrong impression about possible
  16. applications of multirate filter banks.
