- I've always been able to find someone to give me a hand; however, they
- weren't always able to go as far as I'd like. For instance, Supra
- charges $20 for a cross-ship RMA -- something that is SOP for free
- with every other computer company I've ever dealt with. This wouldn't
- be a problem, of course, if the modem worked, but when it fails, I
- can't afford to be down for the week it might take them to fix it.
