- If the modem is _not_ in autoanswer then what you need is a program called
- `phonev4' that I got from SIMTEL Archives. It sits and monitors the comm
- port and when it sees 10 rings with no answer (connect message) it will reboot
- the PC. I use it here on a bbs and it is very reliable.
