  15. I'm a Infotel user.  Had it for 2 weeks.  I have been having problems
  16. with extended downloads (> 1 meg), it seems that my mean download size
  17. when downloading at full speed is about 2 megs.  I can't say that it is
  18. the Infotel modem that is at fault, as I only have one connect site (the
  19. university) and their 14.4k lines are new too.

  21. I wouldn't count my usage as a testimony for or against, Oh, one other
  22. problem, it says that it (the fax software that comes with the infotel
  23. 144I) can read WP5.1 files, but when I sent the printer test file (what
  24. else, I don't fax every day) only the most basic stuff translated
  25. (underline, bold, etc) the graphics, foreign stuff, didn't translate.
