  14. announcements?  I'd like to see the former banned and the latter
  15. encouraged.

  17. In the present case, Toby could have edited out the hype, leaving a
  18. message that contained only the technical functionality,
  19. specifications, and price.  It would have been just as informative and
  20. about one third as long, and would have offended many fewer people.
