  12. I have just got a BOCA 14.4K internal FaxModem. I got troubles reading
  13. fax it has just received (from a ZyXEL 1496E FaxModem). Though it seems
  14. to work fine during the fax receiving procdure, QL2FAX (the software
  15. come with the BOCA FaxModem) shows status of receiving fax is OK and
  16. they ended with no complain. However, when I tried to use QL2FAX to
  17. view the fax documents I have just received, they turned out to be either
  18. a page of black and white vertical "BAR CODE" or a zero bytes empty
  19. file (thogh in both case, QL2FAX has reported 1 page or 2 pages
  20. fax received). We even tried using the same software, i.e. QL2FAX,
  21. at both end, and I got the same results. Does anyone has any suggestions?

  23. I would be appreciated if anyone can help me to send me a fax at
  24. 510-524-4108 to see if I can receive and read it or not.
