  13. I have an Infotel 9600bps (V.32) modem that is upgradeable to v.42bis
  14. for $69. When I bought the modem I didnt clearly understand v.42bis. I 
  15. thought It included v.32bis. Now that I know this, is there a way to 
  16. upgrade the Infotel to v.32bis?
