  10. I've got a little problem with my PP14400FXSA external modem.  Since I leave
  11. the modem on all day for my BBS, I have to reset it on the average of 4 times
  12. a day just so users can connect reliably.  If I don't reset it, anyone that
  13. dials in at 9600+ bps cannot connect period.  Is this a bug in the ROM or
  14. does it sound like a defect in the modem?  Also, when was their last update
  15. ROM released? and what kind of bugs did it fix?  Any other information you
  16. can provide will be seriously appreciated.  Thanks...
