  20. I've an even stranger problem w. 5.02.  I can dial out of the xyzel
  21. just fine manually by connecting to it and typing:

  25. If I get tip to issue the *exact* same string the modem balks...  Both
  26. times the computer-modem speed is the same 38400b/s.  Of course the
  27. intercharacter delay is a bit more when I type by hand. ;-)

  40. I don't get an ok every other time.  Strange.  I wonder if it is
  41. dropping chars in command mode.

  43. Anyone have any guesses?  I tried delays before the output routines,
  44. just in case I was ansering too fast after the "OK", but that didn't
  45. seem to help.
