- Leave the DTE speed alone, or make it faster (57.6) if your system can handle
- it. If you have the DTE speed at the line speed, there is NO POSSIBILITY of
- compression doing anything for you. You should use flow control that is out
- of band RTS/CTS style.

- The 38.4 you saw was where the factory defaulted it. 38.4/14.4 isn't even 3:1,
- and ZyXEL to ZyXEL you can get 16.8 or with your + maybe 19.2, so 38.4
- is hardly enough to get much compression. Use 57.6, and simply LEAVE it there.

- The ONE and maybe only fault with ZyXELs is that they can't do 115.2kb DTE
- speed.
