- Hi,
- I have to design a database system for a small office. I dont have any
- experience with Paradox but I am required to use Paradox. I have gone
- thru the "getting started" manual and it took me only 2-3 hours to get
- an idea of what Paradox has to offer (it is easy to use--no doubt!). I
- guess I would have to use PAL. What is the good place to start? I am very
- comfortable with programming in several languages and key database issues
- in general (have never designed a system though and I only have used SQL).
- Also, how long it usually takes to get a grasp of PAL?
-
- Thanks for your help in advance!

- P.S. If you think that Paradox is not suitable for such tasks (or is too
- difficult to work with, please feel free to suggest an alternative
- system. Thanks.
