  36. The fifth International Symposium on IC Technology, Systems and Applications, 
  37. ISIC-93 will be held on the 15-17th September 1993.  This symposium will 
  38. provide a forum for VLSI designers and manufacturing engineers as well as 
  39. academics to present and share new research and development results, techniques
  40. and problems. Tutorial sessions on topics of current interest by eminent 
  41. speakers are planned on the first day of the symposium.  In addition, an 
  42. industrial exhibition will be held in conjunction with regular sessions for
  43. paper presentations on the second and third day.  Suggested topics include,

  99. The first day of the conference will be devoted to lectures by invited 
  100. speakers.  The organizing committee invites suggestions tutorial topics.
  101. Participants who wish to contribute by giving lectures for the tutorial 
  102. sessions may submit proposals to the organizing committee.  Proposed
  103. lecture topics of sufficent interest among the delegates will be considered 
  104. for the tutorials.

  106. EXHIBITIONS
  107.  
  108. An industrial exhibition of relevant equipment and systems from suppliers
  109. and companies will be held in conjunction with the regular sessions for 
  110. paper presentations on the second and third day of the conference.

  112. SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
  113.  
  114. Authors are invited to submit a 500-word synopsis of the paper for 
  115. consideration to reach the organizing committee by 31 March 1993.
  116. Notification of acceptance will be sent by 30 April 1993 and 
  117. submission  of photo-ready paper by the authors must be received by  
  118. 30 June 1993.
