- I agree entirely. Loebner completely subverts the intent of the Turing test,
- and should be disregarded, save as a subset of same. Perhaps it would be more
- accurate to call it the "Loebner Restricted-Domain Conversation Test". This
- is in no way meant to imply that it has no usefulness, simply that its uses
- would more likely be in the circumscribed arenas of specific applications.
