- Today Steve from NBI called me back and he could solve the problems I have had
- with the Hebrew in Lingua, e.g. writing direction from right to left and
- problems with importing old NB3/SLS files in NB4. This 800-Number is indeed a
- good service. During installation the program must have added some bad
- lines to my NBCUSTOM.SET file so that Lingua didn't work properly. Now I can
- start to discover the benefits of the new version.
-
- I have one problem which is a bit annoying. Running Lingua with a VGA Card, I
- only can use one Screenfont pool at a time. Normally I use the "Biblical
- Studies pool". Since I am writing almost all of my text in German I am
- bothered by the fact, that the German Umlaut "sz" is not displayed on screen
- but is replaced by an empty box. If I want to have displayed the "sz" I have
- to swapp the Screenfont pool. Steve from NBI told me that they know this
- problem but have no solution. May be anybody else has an idea?
