  11. Rolling the platen back manually on the first sheet of a printout does not work
  12. on the Toshiba 321, because the printer is designed to roll the paper back out
  13. of the printer when the small rollers are lifted from the paper and platen. The
  14. procedure serves me well for longer documents, because then I do not mind
  15. sacrificing one blank first page (rolling it back a few lines without lifting
  16. the small rollers). The 321 really needs a software fix (as NBI acknowledges)
  17. in NB4.
