  16. To all the (many) folks who have reported bugs/problems/inconsistencies
  17. to this list:  I hope you all are periodically reporting same bugs
  18. to NBI. Complaining to each other is gratifying, but the product won't
  19. change unless they're notified. It is also likely that the attention given
  20. to any particular problem will be in proportion to the number of people
  21. who scream about it-squeeky wheels and all that. So compile your complaints
  22. and mail 'em off to NBI. Please.
