  12. In partial answer to Albrecht's query: Look at p. 82, quick Reference Guide.
  13. There we find "Set top margin on printer" including a NB note referring to just
  14. your problem. When you're in the menu referred to, you'll see the paper
  15. source and the Set Top Margin [ ] which you want to set to "1"
