  28.             THE NEW HISTORICUS: A KANSAS JOURNAL OF HISTORY

  31. The Graduate Association of Students of History of the
  32. University of Kansas are pleased to announce the forthcoming
  33. edition of a new electronic journal, THE NEW HISTORICUS: A KANSAS
  34. JOURNAL OF HISTORY.  At this time, the editorial board is
  35. encouraging submissions from all graduate students in the field of
  36. History.
  37.  
  38. THE NEW HISTORICUS will consider works on any area or period of
  39. history, however, at this time the editors wish submissions to
  40. take the form of articles or bibliographic essays with a maximum
  41. length of ten screens (220 lines), including notes and
  42. bibliography. All submissions will be refereed, so all material
  43. submitted should be in a finished state.

  45. Information concerning the style, format, and editorial conventions
  46. required by THE NEW HISTORICUS may be obtained by requests sent to
  47. TNH@UKANVM or from the site FTP MALIN (FTP kuhub.cc.ukans.edu/cd
  48. dua9:|malin.tnh|). Participating author in THE NEW HISTORICUS will
  49. retain the right for future publication of all materials.  The New
  50. Historicus will permit the electronic redistribution of its
  51. contents in whole or part provided the author and journal are
  52. specifically credited.
