- around the world interested in International Political Economy to
- discuss matters of mutual concern. IPE is an unmoderated and open
- list. This means that all messages posted to the list will be

- Possible topics for discussion on the list might include any of the
- following:

- 1) Substantive discussion over topics such as NAFTA, regional trading
- blocs, trade regimes, international debt, long cycles, historical
- world systems, EEC, currency and market crises, democracy and

- negotiations.
