  20.   I attended a DEC road show entitled Digital's Software Product Servicess
  21. Awareness Seminar.  I found it very enlightening with several Digital employees
  22. who are actually doing what they were talking about.  Not just another sales
  23. presentation!  :-)

  25.   For example, John Davies, Central States Advanced Electronic Support person
  26. gave a very good presentation on DSNlink.  One new item I learned was that
  27. while only one person here (me) could submit problem reports, anyone I
  28. authorized could use DSN ITS to look at the articles there.  Great!!  I had
  29. previously thought that I was the only one who could look and had been spending
  30. a lot of time extracting them for other staff to view.  Another task I can now
  31. deligate!
