  17. Woops. Jeff clearly never saw an expert use an ax.  I'm not one, but I have
  18. watched.  It is a precision tool, it just depends heavily on the skill of the
  19. person wielding it.

  21. CWISs too, depend on people's skill rather than technology.  (Maybe rather
  22. than skill, it is energy and tenacity since we haven't had time to develop
  23. the skill yet.)
