  16.         Your tabulation on fees is most impressive however there is one
  17. error.  PENN STATE does NOT charge borrowers, it is the UNIVERSITY of
  18. PENNSYLVANIA that charges.  Mixing the two is common outside of
  19. Pennsylvania mostly because we call the Univ of Pennsylvania "Penn" and Penn
  20. State "PSU".  Do I have everyone confused yet?
