  25. I don't think it's that easy to give a 5-year-old child up for
  26. adoption.  So if the parents find that they're tired of the whole
  27. thing after 5 years and want to call it quits, and can't find anyone
  28. who's willing to take the kid off their hands, should they have the
  29. right to abandon the kid?
