  30. do stupid things and not restrict you, is so you can do very
  31. clever things too. (black magic)

  33. ircII is a 4GL, it is a programming language just as much as LOGO 
  34. is a programming language, unfortunately, it is aimed at a similar 
  35. level of user. ircii does allow certain freedoms, but unfortunately
  36. its true, most of the dorks who own vanitybots only end up shooting themself
  37. in the foot.
