- ircII is a 4GL, it is a programming language just as much as LOGO
- is a programming language, unfortunately, it is aimed at a similar
- level of user. ircii does allow certain freedoms, but unfortunately
- its true, most of the dorks who own vanitybots only end up shooting themself
- in the foot.
