  38. When a programer leaves a bot running unattended he is responsible for
  39. anything that bot may do.

  41. The above example is extreme, let's look at another one:

  50. Ok, so who is responsible?  Yes, the lusers are being immature, but who has
  51. given them the means to affect this stupidity?  The bot programer.  Without
  52. the bot, the lusers would still be lame and annoying, but the bot gives
  53. them power to be even worse.

  57. When you *subject* the users of the irc to your bot, it is your
  58. responsibility to make sure your bot does not adversely affect the network.

  65. communication.
