  22. Wow. Well, as I said, this was BIFF's first attempt at a lex filter, and
  23. apparently he made quite a few mistakes. Some of these were in fact oversights
  24. of mine, because I helped him to write it, but I have seen numerous occasions
  25. of "!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111" or  even "!!!!!!!!!@@@!@!" on the end of BIFF's 
  26. exclamations, probably due to pressing the wrong key or letting go of the
  27. <shift> too soon.

  29. Perhaps my impression of BIFF was that he was less precise than you detailed
  30. him to be. He and I will sit down and have a very long chat about this tonight.

  32. You're right; BIFF is unique. I don't think a mere lex script could do him
  33. justice.
