- Several papers I am studying refer to "standard bivariate
- normal density and distribution functions" with no further
- explaination; these computations are necessary for the methodology
- presented. None of the readily available statistics references
- have provided insight, and I did not see anything obvious in
- Statlib. I would appreciate any reference to algorithms for
- computing these functions.
