  13. Several papers I am studying refer to "standard bivariate
  14. normal density and distribution functions" with no further  
  15. explaination; these computations are necessary for the methodology
  16. presented.  None of the readily available statistics references 
  17. have provided insight, and I did not see anything obvious in 
  18. Statlib.  I would appreciate any reference to algorithms for
  19. computing these functions.
