  14. I have a burglar alarm made in Tiwan. The control board has couple of  
  15. transistors with the following markings:    
  16.         C945
  17.         8050    
  18. I would like to know what type of bipolar transistors (NPN or PNP) and what
  19. is their full part number is and any cross references to get an equivalent
  20. transistor. Also, if you can tell me the source to buy from will greatly
  21. help me.
