- There is a paper published in Electronics World + Wireless World October 1992
- (current issue) for a superb microphone amp aimed at professionals using DAT
- where the average mic amp is terrible.
-
- The design is simple and is battery powered.
-
- There is a bit of history to this: we were offered the design for manufacture
- some months ago but for various reasons it seems to have been declined. My
- view after examining the circuit in depth is that the basic design is good
- with few opportunities to improve it without resorting to significantly
- increased complication and cost.
