  12. Well I have not done nose in yet. One way is to put chicken sticks
  13. back on and take off nose in, another go away from you at a slow
  14. speed and turn back towards you trying to bring it to a stop
  15. (you can hit rudder to bail out). A simulator helps here.
  16. As for forward flight a common method is to fly circles around your
  17. self(side view) both directions, once you got this start figure 8's
  18. out in front of you and stretch them out while moving up in
  19. alititude.
