  18. If the shoes really do still have plenty of pad on them, and the handbrake 
  19. adjustment (the nut just under the handbrake lever) has been adjusted, you 
  20. probably need to try the adjusters inside the brake drum.  Look it up in 
  21. your 323 manual.
